@Hazza1979 don't know what names... just don't want us to sell half the squad and only then buy... (like last year)

Are we the victims of a grand Spurs plan where we are forever in a 3rd place, trophyless comfort zone? http://t.co/AmZ4gLyB

@5mandefence @goonerboyblog agree that spirit has been greatly improved.

Arsene’s manifesto

THE joint and fairly unprecedented interview given by Arsene to the Times and Mail this morning is a brilliant read.

The man himself reveals so much about himself and his ideals and yet let slips nothing he is not comfortable with letting into the public domain.

It is, almost, a manifesto and for me a reminder that were the club appointing a manager afresh today, Arsene Wenger would still be the first choice.

Of course, he has his foibles. For me he is inconsistent on his desire not to “kill” his young players. And one day maybe he will decide that occasionally subjecting his players to public admonishment might actually do him some good.

The full transcript of the interview here is a lengthy read, but well worth it.

One Response to “Arsene’s manifesto”

  1. Excellent blog site! I basically really like how it is straightforward on my eyes along with the data are nicely written. Quite possibly thinking how I could possibly be notified whenever a brand new put up has been created. We’ve subscribed for your rss feed which should do the trick! Possess a nice day!
